Charcoal Extruder Machine

This machine is a charcoal processing device, which converts charcoal powder into solid charcoal briquette. Charcoal powder, binder and water will be mixed with certain percentages, mostly the binder is less than 5%, and water is about 30%. After mixing at this rated ratio, the charcoal briquettes could be formed in good quality.

This type machine usually makes two shapes of charcoal briquettes. One is hexagonal charcoal briquettes, which length could be adjusted by a pneumatic cutter. And cube bar charcoal briquettes will be cut into cubic shisha charcoal briquettes by a belt conveyor with cutter device.

a. Equipped with an inverter to control mainshaft speed to adjust screw’s speed.

b. Replace cylindrical gear reducer for cycloidal gear reducer.

c. Use circulating water system to cooling forming mould’s working temperature.

d. Pneumatic cutter device with sensors to adjust charcoal briquettes length.
